Iced Coconut Matcha Choco-Latte

LVV iced white coconut matcha choco-latte

Ingredients:
10 minutes preparation time
For: 1 person

For the iced coffee:
1 tsp La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp water
5 ice cubes
1 cup espresso
200 ml plant-based milk

For garnish:
1 tsp La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread
1 tsp pistachios (de-shelled)





The instructions:

  1. Make a nice espresso and let it cool down a bit.
  2. With the water, make a paste of the matcha powder.
  3. Mix this paste with the La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread, until it becomes a creamy thick paste.
  4. Using the back of a spoon, spread the matcha coconut paste into the bottom of your latte glass.
  5. Finely chop the pistachios (with a knife or in the food processor) and put them on a small plate.
  6. Roll the rim of the glass through the La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread, then press the rim into the nuts.
  7. Put the ice cubes in the glass and add the espresso while frothing your milk.
  8. Add the milk froth and your Iced Coconut Matcha Choco-Latte is ready!
